Working closely to your brief will prepare a concept presentation using a selection of preliminary floor plans, layouts and inspirational imagery

Based on the outcome of the conceptual design meetings we will fine-tune the design to accommodate preferred concepts

With a finalized scheme in place, budget and time schedule are agreed upon and applications for detailed planning permissions are submitted

Following approval of the design, we progress with the detailed specification of every element of the project, including cabinetry, joinery, lighting, kitchen, bathrooms, audio-visual and landscaping

Before construction can commence, the team prepares information for pricing and obtains tenders for building works. During construction FOLIO project manages and oversees works throughout, ensuring suppliers deliver the best quality of work, on time and to budget

Our interior design team will design and present a full scheme showing samples of fabrics, carpets, wall finishes and furniture

Upon completion FOLIO will make sure the project is as expected in every detail and will be on hand over the following year to make sure all snagging is taken care of and any issues resolved
